Trip Fees are determined by the parties involved
We don't take any kind of comission from Trips
Optional payment through Carpoolin available for a <5% fee.

We have a number of ways to make the platform safer.
Use your Calendar to see what is happening
Creating Trips and coordinating them might get overwhelming.
The Calendar is a good place to see what you have planned and what Trips you might have out there.
Going on Holiday? Pause or Cancel Trips whenever!
Your Profile, Your Trips
Your Profile should reflect you, your Preferences and how you interact with others, through Feedback.
The most common Trips are Regular Trips.
These repeat weekly while you use the App
One-off Trips exist too for when you have something on.

We have a Wallet for two reasons,

So you don't have to handle Cash or messy account transfers
These are optional and we support you and your Driver/Passenger deciding what remuneration looks like between yourselves.

The best way for me to talk about this is by outlining the fees we encounter.
Handling money on an App is a solved problem, we're using Stripe as our third party solution for payments.
How this works is; everytime we use them we are charged a fee.
Typically Deposits to Carpoolin and Withdraws back to your bank account.
If you're familiar with TradeMe our Wallet is similar.
